TEAM EVERY MAN JACK to ride FELT BICYCLES in 2015

February 2, 2015 (Corte Madera, California)Team Every Man Jack is proud to announce a new partnership with Felt Bicycles, making the Southern California company’s bicyclesthe official team bike for 2015.

EVERY MAN JACK—highly quality grooming products for men–is the leading sponsor behind Team Every Man Jack, originally established in 2012. Initially with 20 athletes located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the 2015 team is now nationwide with 65 athletes. The team is comprised of all elite triathletes yet fosters a culture that gives back to the sport both in time and fundraising and wants to see triathlon grow in popularity. 2014 resulted in many overall amateurs wins at Ironman 70.3 and Ironman races across the US. In 2015, the team will compete across the country, sporting local races as well as Ironman and Challenge series events. The team already has qualified eight to the 2015 Ironman World Championships and will have 10 compete at the ITU Worlds in Chicago, Illinois.

Felt Bicycles’ company founder Jim Felt says, “We are thrilled Team Every Man Jack will be on our bikes this year. We like everything they stand for including the fact that they have such a wide and diverse reach. There is a certain real-world element to the athletes on the team, each an example of what it means to be a ‘working pro’. It hits home with us and we are looking forward to a lot of success together.”

Every Man Jack Founder and President Ritch Viola added, “The guys are super excited to partner with Felt. Felt is more than just an innovative brand with super fast and sexy bikes. They have maintained a strong entrepreneurial spirit as they have grown and working directly with Jim Felt on setting up our program was so inspiring. He and the entire Felt team are so personally and professionally invested in the athletes that ride their bikes – you can feel the support and enthusiasm. And, this was something I knew our guys would thrive off of and we really wanted to be a part of that type of culture.”

Team Every Man Jack members will be racing some combination of Felt IA triathlon bikes.

Dispatch: The Man Behind Team Every Man Jack

When Ironman champion Meredith Kessler mentioned to me that her key training partners–a group of talented class-act guys in the San Francisco Bay Area–smell really good, I did the only logical thing I could think of and lined up an interview with one of them. It turns out there’s a reason the guys she trains with are exceptionally well-groomed, despite the endless hours they spend swimming, cycling, running and sweating. They’re members of the all-men’s Team Every Man Jack, the title sponsor of which is a high-quality men’s hair and body care product line (Everymanjack.com).
