How I Caught the Triathlon Bug
I focused on hockey for most of my athletic life until I got to law school and needed a new hobby. My cousin suggested I try to run a 5K and I thought she was crazy. So I ran the 5K, pretty much blacked out, then decided to save up for a road bike instead. By the time I saved up for the road bike, I met a girl (now my wife) who convinced me to try a half marathon. So I ran the half marathon, pretty much blacked out in my Allen Iverson Denver Nuggets t-shirt, and then decided to try triathlon instead. And here I am today. .
